Information is Power

North Harris College has graduated its first class of medical assisting students. The five students did well with their externships at various medical office sites in northeast Houston.

The faculty and staff of the MA program thank the medical community of northeast Houston for their encouragement and support.

A new class of 13 students started on August 27, 2007 and will be ready for their externship in the summer of 2008. We can then apply for the accreditation of the program to CAAHEP and the AAMA.

If any of our members know of anyone interested in becoming a CMA, please let them know about our program.
