Medical Assistant for Aesthetic Practice
We are looking for a happy, hard-working individual who would like to fill a medical assistant position in a growing aesthetic and facial plastic surgery practice. No experience in plastic surgery is necessary. More importantly, we are looking for people who conduct themselves in a polished and professional manner and enjoy providing services to a more challenging clientele. Experience in sales or concierge services is a plus. We are happy to train you if you are motivated to learn. This patient is open to both entry-level and experienced CMAs. Bachelor's degree a plus.

Responsibilities
• Be able to coordinate schedules for providers in office and or surgical center / hospital.
• Cleaning patient rooms with sterile technique - this includes pre and post surgery.
• Rooming patients and completing initial work up.
• Maintain medical supplies for clinic and office based surgeries.
• Taking all digital photos pre and post treatment/surgery
• Responding to written and telephone inquiries from patients promptly
• Scheduling patient consults, appointments and surgeries
• Coordinating post-surgical services including post-op follow up appointments
• Assist providers with surgical and aesthetics procedures in office or surgical center
• Answer multi-line phone
• Ability to market a variety of medical services offered by our company
This position also helps fill in from time to time with check-in and check-out duties, greeting patients, filing and other miscellaneous front/back office task. Work week is Monday through Friday.
